Do you offer LOCAL PICKUP?

We do offer free shipping to give NYC locals the option to pickup their orders. For local pickup in the NYC area, enter the discount code: LOCALPICKUP at checkout on the second page that comes after your billing & shipping address page. If you live outside of the NYC area but will be traveling to NYC and would like to pick up your order, email me first, before completing your order, to let me know. Otherwise I might cancel your order, seeing that you aren't local. Please send me the dates you will be in the area so we can make that I am in town & to set a time for pickup.

After placing an order, how long until my ITEMS ARE SHIPPED?

Your item will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment through UPS/USPS and I will always provide tracking. If you need a rush order or expedited shipping, feel free to contact me prior to ordering, jen [at] kindlette.com, and I will do my best to work with you to meet your specific needs. Some specific items need more time to be made. You will find more specific shipping times addressed on those items which will take longer than 4 days to be shipped.

My order has shipped, I've tracked it, it's taking forever to be delivered. WHERE IS IT?

Once the packages in your order have been shipped, I no longer have control over delivery and am not responsible for the packages. I hope that your goods will be delivered in a timely fashion and rely on UPS & USPS to do so. With your tracking information, you will be able to contact the carriers if something seems to be taking longer than expected. In some special cases, I will help in contacting the carriers. 


Do you offer REFUNDS?

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact me within 7 days of receipt.

Do you SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. I ship to Canada. If you are located in another country, contact me before placing an order. I will calculate shipping costs for you.
